Day 28 - Sprints/Shoulders/Abs/Cardio


Mannnn....I keep thinking I'm doing good so I can get away with eating bad on the weekends....thinking I'll just work out like an animal and burn it off....That's gotta stop right now.

There is an obvious direct correlation between pizza and increase in body fat...overnight even!!!!
