NOW Sports Supplement Review

The following post is sponsored by FitFluential LLC on behalf of NOW Foods:

This has a great tasting sweet citrus taste that I look forward to drinking.
The spout makes it really easy to just squirt some right into my mouth between meals.
Like most supplements, this is not one I can really say I FEEL a difference in but studies show that this will help with utilizing fat as a fuel and will assist in burning it.
I would recommend adding this to your pre-workout drink to give your routine a boost.

This is one supplement that I absolutely recommend to all my contest prep clients just because I've been told by some many trustworthy people that it was a necessity. When you are on a calorie restrictive diet, trying to burn fat, your body is going to need some healthy fats to take the place of the carbs you are cutting. This is probably the healthiest fat you could use. Studies show that MCT oil will actually burn fast as fuel instead of being stored in adipose tissue and can trick your body into burning more of your reserves. It is tasteless and colorless so you could just take it by the spoonful. I have my clients taking 3 Spoons a day.

This is a very solid and well rounded Multi-Vitamin for men containing a lot of the ingredients I normally recommend separately.
Amino Acids help with muscle building.
ZMA helps with recovery.
Tribulus can make you more aggressive in the weight room (and the bedroom) and
MCT oil is good as well for the reasons just outlined above.
I was very happy with this vitamin and will be using it going forward.

This was a surprisingly great tasting protein power that I never would have guessed came from peas.
The vanilla toffee was a unique flavor that I've been using for a few recipes to spice things up.
The powder mixed great and had a smooth texture unlike the whey protein I've been used to taking.
For athletes with allergies needing a different source of protein, this would be my first recommendation.
Check out this amazing Peach Fritatta Recipe I put together using this Pea Protein:

This was a unique type of protein in that it wasn't flavored which meant I could actually use it in more things I wouldn't normally be able to.
This can be added to sauces and other baking goods to add in additional protein to the recipe.
