I have a lower midsection that won't tone down. HELP!

This is a very common question as it is a problem area for the majority of my clients.
Many people resort to doing thousands of crunches and trying to target the lower ab muscles with exercises such as leg lifts and stability ball roll-ins. The truth is, these exercises will help to tone the muscles underneath the fat but unfortunately these may be the worst use of your time.
That pouch and love handles are the ideal place for most body types to store fat and your body just doesn't want to give it up!

The answer is drop body fat even further.
More specifically, we need to target the visceral fat which creates pot bellies. Visceral fat is stored around the soft organs of the body and is mush tougher to burn off than subcutaneous fat which is stored underneath the skin.
