Crispy baked chicken with sliced oranges, strawberries, and slivered almonds.
Half regular salad mix/half spinach.
Dip chicken breast in egg white, then into bowl of panko bread crumbs seasoned with chili and lime Mrs. Dash.
Put on baking sheet with olive oil spray. Spray the top of the chicken with olive oil and bake at 350 on top rack turning once so its crispy on the outside.
Add a little bit of thinly sliced purple cabbage, mandarin or regular oranges, strawberry and thin sliced almonds.
One carton or 4 cups of egg whites
3/4 C smashed slivered almonds
3 peaches
4 scoops of Now Sports Vanilla Toffee Pea protein powder
12 C Steel Cut oatmeal cooked for 2 min
1/2 tsp stevia
a little powdered vanilla
Lightly coat a pie dish with olive oil, crush almonds and arrange in a layer and put in oven under the broiler until toasted. Set oven temp to 350, arrange a layer of sliced peaches on top of the almonds and put back in the oven for 6 minutes.
Whisk all other ingredients and partially cooked oatmeal then slowly pour on top of baked peaches.
Cook for 40 minutes. Pull it out and put remaining peaches on top. Turn the oven off and put back in for 10 more minutes.
