BUSY and HUNGRY? Where to go / What to get

You did what you were supposed to do. You spend about 3 hours on Sunday cooking, weighing and packaging your food up for the upcoming week. You had it all laid out. You even went to bed early to start Monday morning with a kick ass cardio session. Everything was going great....then you remembered you had a blog post you had to write, you had emails to respond to, and you had a project for your boss that somehow slipped your memory last night when you were tearing the gym apart. You rush to get things done, pack your clothes, and even make it to the gym for 20 minutes of sprints. Then you get to work and open your SixPackBag to kill your hunger with some egg whites and oatmeal.....
DAMN! Forgot to pack my food!
It happens...
Now what?
Just call it a cheat day?
NO!
